By using the AI-powered services provided by UpBrains AI Inc. ("Services"), you agree to comply with this Policy, our Legal Terms, and all applicable laws and regulations. Your use of the Services signifies your agreement to engage with the Services in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. If you do not agree with this Policy or our Legal Terms, you must refrain from using the Services. Continued use of the Services implies acceptance of this Policy. Use of the Services

Subscriptions

If you subscribe to our Services, you agree to the following terms:

When using the AI Products provided within the scope of our Services, you agree that you will not:

Deploy AI techniques using subliminal, manipulative, or deceptive methods that impair informed decision-making, causing significant harm.
Exploit vulnerabilities related to age, disability, or socio-economic circumstances to distort behavior or decision-making, resulting in harm.
Use AI for biometric categorization that infers sensitive attributes like race, religion, or political beliefs, except for specific lawful purposes.
Implement AI-based social scoring systems that cause harm, discrimination, or unfair treatment.
Assess the risk of criminal offenses based on profiling, except in narrowly defined legal circumstances.
Compile facial recognition databases via untargeted scraping.
Use AI to infer emotions in sensitive environments that could lead to discrimination or privacy violations.
Engage in real-time remote biometric identification in public places for law enforcement purposes, except in specific circumstances with strong legal justification.
