No. Neither us nor any of the AI service partners that we use as sub-processors use your data for training their general AI models. In the case of OpenAI, we use specific business Platform APIs, and under their terms and privacy policy, they do not use customer data to train their LLMs when business Platform APIs are used. If you choose to train custom AI models through the UpBrains AI platform, those AI models will be built using your data and the resulting AI models are available only to your account.

Data at rest is encrypted using advanced encryption standards, and data in transit is protected with SSL/TLS protocols to ensure secure communication.
