The pain

Every shipment that needs a certificate of analysis needs it in the customer's format, with the customer's required parameters, pulled from your lot and test data. Building CoAs by hand means copying results between systems and templates, slow enough to delay shipments and error-prone enough to trigger customer quality holds.

How it works

• Trigger from the transaction: a shipment or customer request kicks off CoA generation for the lots involved.
• Assemble from source data: CoA Intelligence pulls test results, lot attributes, and product specifications from your quality records.
• Validate before issue: required parameters, spec conformance, and customer-specific requirements are checked; anything incomplete pauses for quality sign-off instead of shipping wrong.
• Generate and deliver: the certificate is produced in the customer's required format and sent with the shipment paperwork, with a copy filed against the lot.
