Safety data sheets arrive from suppliers in every layout and language, and the burden is on you to keep the current revision on file for every product you handle. Outdated SDSs are a compliance violation waiting to be found, and manually checking revision dates across hundreds of supplier documents is work nobody keeps up with.

How it works

• Inbox intake: SDS documents are recognized in supplier emails and downloads and pulled into the Quality Center, formerly QualiNex.
• Extract and classify: product identifiers, hazard classifications, revision dates, and section content are extracted and matched to your product catalog.
• Validate currency: incoming revisions are compared against what is on file; superseded sheets are archived, and products missing a current SDS are flagged for follow-up.
• File and serve: the current SDS for every product is filed, linked, and retrievable by anyone who needs it: compliance, warehouse, or customer service.
