• Key-value pairs: labels and values as they appear on the form, normalized into structured output

When to reach for it

• Mixed-document inboxes where anything can arrive
• Long-tail forms that do not justify a dedicated extractor
• First-pass triage: detect the type, then hand off to a specialized extractor such as the invoice extractor or purchase order extractor
